Yukon Gold potato

This evening I dug one hill of my Yukon Gold potatoes to cook for supper.  The yield was better than the Adirondack Blue.  The potatoes were tasty.  (I also picked a few squash for supper.)
You can't get any fresher than that.

  1. I have another friend in Wisconsin who raises acres of Yukon Gold. They always sound delicious. I do hope I retire (from the road) with a couple years to grow some of the things I have read about. Love the picture!
