Blog comments setting change

I had a couple of people tell me they were not able to comment on my blog, so I have changed the settings.  Hopefully, this will rectify the problem.

    I have had a problem in the past on several blogs. I thought it had something to do with Google plus but I was not sure. the problem disappeared or got fixed somehow. ohh, the mysteries of the computer + age.
